This book is the first one on this subject. When immigrating to Israel in 1949, Arditti brought with him a rich documentation which allowed him to analyze the subject. Includes a documents list, a wide bibliography and an index. This is a masterpiece on the matter. It unfortunately only exists in Hebrew.
